Warren Precision Products was founded in the 1950s. The company operated for many years as a screw machine shop; offering secondary and general machine shop work building on the virtues of cammed screw machines that produced high quality parts at cost effective prices.

In the mid 1980s, Warren Precision Products purchased its first CNC machine. This enabled the company to grow and compete in the fast growing CNC market, while also continuing to improve and grow in the screw machine market as well.

​

In December of 2004, Condo Inc. purchased Warren Precision Products. With this change in ownership came an influx of new CNC equipment that has enabled us to maintain our competitiveness and at the same time increase our machining technologies. Condos goal is to grow in the Aerospace and high precision machining industries.

We at Condo Inc. pride ourselves in customer satisfaction. We maintain superior quality ratings as well as consistently high on-time delivery ratings with our customers. Achieving these levels however would not be possible without the hard work and commitment of our team at Condo Inc. We believe that to have a good working relationship, communication is the key. Our team is always available to meet your companys changing demand schedules. We have also become an advocate of Lean Manufacturing; hiring a Lean Director in 2007, and continuing to develop methods of manufacturing parts in a more cost effective way for both ourselves and our customers.

Over the last 50+ years Warren Precision Products and Condo Inc. has evolved into a high precision machine shop; producing high precision parts, utilizing the latest in CNC turning, CNC Swiss turning, and CNC grinding technologies, while still offering the best in screw machining.
